The global outbreak of COVID-19 caused the single biggest shift to the way we work in living memory. Following such a rapid and radical transformation, the questions surrounding hybrid work models were no longer ‘if’, but ‘how’ and ‘when’.

Novu Office is a sustainable full-service office furnishing provider based in Switzerland in partnership with the University of St.Gallen and HR consulting conducted a survey study on the future of the work place. 

We worked closely with the team to transform this study into a compelling business report showcasing the different office working models. We designed the editorial layout around modular building blocks, to visually represent ‘finding the right fit and balance for their clients business’. The overall design was also a neutral blend of their identities to highlight the partnership of the report.
